1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GEO Writer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use GEO Writer for personal or commercial purposes. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials without authorization.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a valid subscription.
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in GEO Writer.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create using GEO Writer. However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GEO Writer for any of the following purposes:

• To violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• To transmit harmful or malicious code.
• To engage in unauthorized framing or linking.
• To generate spam, phishing, or other deceptive content.
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of our service are billed on a subscription basis and some parts may be billed on a pay-as-you-go basis (for example, through credit/points top-ups). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or we cancel it. If you purchase top-ups, those credits/points will be added to your account and consumed as you use eligible features.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Data Deletion Requests

If you would like us to delete your account or personal data associated with your use of GEO Writer, you may submit a request by emailing [email protected]. We will review and process eligible deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal, security, accounting, fraud-prevention, or service continuity obligations that require us to retain certain records.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
